Safehands Support Services provides Mentoring, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Disability Supporting services for males and females across South Brisbane and the surrounding South East Queensland region. Our services are tailor to meet the needs, capacity, interests and goals of each individual. Benefits of accessing our services include increased independence, capacity, self-care, social interaction and personal wellbeing.
As a registered NDIS provider, NDIS participants can utilise their plans and funds to access our services. We also accept referrals from other community organisations and independent agencies.
